The Program

The course content addresses and continues the topics seen at the Profuturo's International MBAs classes such as: strategic problem solving, managing yourself, team management, international communication, and building diversity and an efficient team. 

With classes taught by Harvard professors, talk with guest executives, and technical visits in the Boston area, we will strengthen the knowledge and leadership of  senior executives.

The content of the program is curated by Profuturo FIA's Academic Coordination and the certificate issued by FIA.

Program Content includes:

• Managing styles;

• How to foster a high performing team culture;

•Coaching teams and individuals;

• Fostering a culture of innovation to compete in the international market;

• Using Design Thinking to develop solutions to customers and increase competitive advantage;

• How to manage change and transition, and be prepared for both;

• International and American communication style;

• Leadership in today’s world.

Duration

40 hours of classes, lectures and technical visits.

Profile's Program

The program's content is specially selected for experienced executives, who already have an MBA, with a solid career and ascension to the highest levels of leadership. 

Investment

Included: exclusive event in São Paulo; all course hours; program materials; pre-readings and online materials; visit to organizations and campus tours (Boston area travel guide); a certificate issued by FIA.

Not Included: flights, meals, health insurance, accommodation.
