THE PROGRAM
This 40-hour international executive program is a unique opportunity for female leaders from various industries to explore the epicenter of global innovation – Silicon Valley.
Over the course of one week, participants will have access to cutting-edge content, focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology, taught by renowned experts. There will be exclusive visits to leading tech companies, as well as classes at two of the most prestigious institutions in the world: Stanford and Berkeley.
Another key aspect is the further development of leadership skills, preparing participants to manage high-performance teams and lead complex negotiations in highly dynamic environments.
The content of the program is developed by Profuturo FIA's Academic Coordination, and the certificate is issued by FIA.
